Personality

Sakura is the adorable little girl type, who is innocent and a little naive when it comes to people with ill intentions, but when it comes to her friends and loved ones she is very perceptive. She sticks up for the under dog, and has the determination to better herself that never seems to waver no matter how hard life wants to break her down. Which is why she works so hard when she wakes up, so that everyone else doesn’t have to. After all, they were being awfully nice to her for collecting her feathers.

She is an optimist like you wouldn't believe, and believes firmly that a simple smile does wonders for others. Sakura can sometimes feel and understand others pain, and will at times put others over her self. Sakura is a feisty little thing, with a lot of spirit, and sometimes is a little stubborn. But she is very polite for the most part. And she wears her heart on her sleeve, so it is very easy to understand what she is feeling most of the time.

History

She is the princess of Clow, whose father died when she was young so her brother took over the throne. She met a boy named Syaoran at a young age, and not only gave him a birthday and taught him how to smile, but also grew up to fall in love with him. Syaoran was an archeologist who studied the ruins of clow with his father, and he did this even after his father died, continuing his work. On one such return trip, Sakura went to visit him and spent the day with her favorite person. She wanted to tell him that she loved him, but her brother called her back to the castle with the bells and promised to tell him the very next day.

During the night she heard a strange sound as she looked out at the ruins, which she describes as them calling out to her. Here she shows some ability to seeing the future, if only for a split second. She is able to come back to herself though. The second time this happens, she is in the ruins with Syaoran. She seems to go into a trance and open the floor that Syaoran had been studying and trying to figure out just moments earlier. Sakura sprouts these magnificent wings, and if it hadn’t been for Syaoran she probably would have disappeared with them. Instead he grabs her, making her feathers scatter.

These strange robotic things attack the people trying to escape the trembling cave, and Yukito, head priest of clow, sends Syaoran to a space and time witch named Yuuko to save Sakura. He pays to have Sakura never remember him in order to travel all different worlds to collect her feathers. As they travel, Sakura seems to sleep quite a bit, and faints every single time she is given a feather into another long bout of sleep (she still does faint later on, but for not as long). But eventually she starts to be a bit more lively. As her memories come back so does bits and pieces of her personality that Syaoran is very glad to see.

Special Abilites

Sakura has the strange ability to understand the pain of animals or plants or things like the wind. She also has amazing luck. A favorite of the gods one could say. She also seems to have the ability to view the future in dreams or in flashes, and can even see ghosts.

Worst Nightmare

Black wings painfully sprout from her back, and she can only cry out for someone to help her as they start to completely engulf her. But she can’t move. And the person who rushes to save her has a blurry face. Somehow she is able to reach her hand out despite being frozen, but the black wings completely obscure her view. Sakura never feels that hand grasp hers, but suddenly the pain stops. And she is still there; frozen in time.
